This section contains information on how cs-cps.it is managed with regard to the processing of cs-cps.it users’ data.

This information is provided only for www.cs-cps.it and not also for other sites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.
The purpose of this document is to provide indications about the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when connecting to the web pages of www.cs-cps.it, regardless of the purposes of the connection itself, according to Italian and European legislation.

2 – Data controller

The controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
Pursuant to Art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, upon appointment of the Data Controller, the data controller of the cs-cps.it website is: Mr. Pietro Carbone.
Place of data processing

The processing of data generated by the use of cs-cps.it takes place at via Camigliatello, Zona Industriale – 87046 Montalto Uffugo (CS).
If necessary, the data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or individuals appointed by it for this purpose at the relevant office.

III – COOKIES

1 – Type of cookie

The www.cs-cps.it website uses cookies to make the user’s browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small strings of text used to store certain information that may relate to the user, their preferences or access device to Interne te are used primarily to tailor the operation of the site to the user’s expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and storing the choices made previously.

2 – Technical cookies

Third-party analytical cookies are used to detect information about user behavior on cs-cps.it. The survey is conducted anonymously in order to monitor performance and improve site usability. Profiling cookies are those aimed at creating profiles related to the user and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the Web.

IV – DATA PROCESSED

1 – Data processing mode

Like all websites, this site also makes use of Log files, in which information collected in an automated manner during user visits is stored. The information collected could be as follows:
Internet address (IP);
Browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
Name of internet service providers ( ISPs);
visiting hours;
origin of the visitor (referral) and exit
While the number of clicks.
The above information is processed automatically and collected in aggregate form only in order to verify the proper functioning of the site, and for security reasons. This information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner.
For security purposes (spam filters, virus detection), automatically recorded data may possibly also include personal data such as ip address, which could be used, in accordance with relevant laws, to block attempts to damage the site itself or to cause harm to other users, no otherwise harmful or criminal activities. This data is never used for user identification or profiling, but only for the purpose of protecting the site and its users, actions will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner.
Where the site allows comments to be posted, or specific services requested by the user, including the ability to submit a resume for a possible employment relationship, site automatically detects and records certain identifying information about the user, including the user’s email address. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the request for service delivery. By entering a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy and in particular agrees that the content entered may be freely disseminated to third parties as well. Received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service.
The information that users of the site will deem to be made public through the services and tools made available to them is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, releasing this site from any liability for any violations of laws. From the user verify that he or she has permissions to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international standards.

2 – Purpose of data processing

The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes and are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities and in any case no longer than 2 years.
The data used for security purposes (blocking and attempted damage to the site) are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the previously stated purpose.

3 – Data provided by the user

As indicated above, the optional, and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender, necessary to respond to requests as well as any other personal data included in the missive.
Specific summary disclosures will be progressively reported or displayed on pages of the site set up for particular on-demand services.

V – USER RIGHTS

Article 13, c. 2 of EU Regulation 2016/6 79 lists the user’s rights.
Therefore, the website www.cs-cps.it intends to inform the user about the existence:
of the data subject’s right to request from the controller access to personal data (Article 15 EU Regulation 2016/6 79), their update (Article 7, c. 3, letter a) D.leg. 196/2003), rectification (Article 16 EU Regulation 2016/679), supplementation (Article 7, c. 3, letter a) D.leg. 196/2003), or the restriction of processing concerning him or her (Article 18 EU Regulation) or to object, on legitimate grounds, to their processing (Article 21 EU Regulation), as well as the right to data portability (Article 20 EU Regulation);
of the right to request the deletion (Article 17 EU Regulation), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (Article 7, c. 3 letter b) Legislative Decree 196/2003).
of the right to obtain certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, deletion, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (Article 7, c.3 letter b) Legislative Decree 196/2003).

Where the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a)-expressed consent to use- or Article 9(2)(a)-expressed consent to use genetic, biometric, health-related, revealing religious or philosophical conditions or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions- the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal.
Likewise, in the event of a violation of the regulations, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali, the authority in charge of controlling the processing in the Italian state.

VI – SECURITY DATA PROVIDED

This site processes user data lawfully and fairly, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes.
In addition to the owner, in some cases, categories of employees involved in the organization of the site (administrative, marketing, legal, commercial, system administrators) or external parties (third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.
